I am a first-time customer of APM. I had a minor job to replace a leaking shut-off valve & replace a tap in the garage. I expected to wait a week or more for service but Scott Aitken came out the same day. The repairs were quick and I'm thrilled with the work, the customer services and the cost. Thanks Scott!!

I fully recommend Scott Aitken and his work. We had an issue with raw sewage backing up into the basement which was discovered late Sunday night. I called Scott along with several other plumbers on Monday morning. Scott responded within 30 minutes and was the only one who could make it that day. Once he arrived he quickly got to assessing the problem and started fixing it. He is both a professional and pretty easy going to deal with. He resolved the problem quickly and with a minimum of disruption. Thank you Scott.

We had a leak in our basement, called Scott at 11 a.m. and he was here by 12:45. The leak was repaired, and he was kind enough to give us some information that would serve us well to prevent future issues. Professional, courteous and very knowledge! We highly recommend his services!

Service was great! Came across as on kijiji and checked all references on Google page. All great reviews. And I can only add to the 5 stars. Messaged this morning around 12:30am received and email first thing this morning and had service within 2 hours. Prices are very reasonable. Scott was friendly and informative. Any future plumbing needs I will be using aitken plumping and mechanical services.
