Bob's Plumbing Svc

I would not recommend this Plumbing Service. I was charged what I believe to be a highly inflated service charge of $531.00 to install a bathroom faucet. I have had a lot of service calls in past years and this was the first time I wasn't presented with a bill showing the details of the charges. I had to e-mail them in order to get this information sent to me. Originally my call was only to fix a leaky faucet, and then it was determined that I needed a new faucet. I was charged $280 for the faucet, when I checked the exact one, same brand, at Home Depot, the price was $185.00, a difference of $95.00. The person working in the "plumbing area", assured me that in that particular brand and style there was no $280 faucet. I asked in a follow up visit that I would like to see the bill for the faucet, I was informed that he did not have it. I was charged $170.00 for installation, as 2 hours labour, which I highly dispute, since there is no way it took the plumber 2 hours for a simple installation, and of course the extra HST $ based on the higher price for both the faucet and Labour. I sent an e-mail to this company, outlining my complaints and expected in the least some sort of reply, I then sent a second e-mail, and again no reply.

They did an outstanding job! Fair prices very kind! Will be recommending this business to everyone I know!
