I would say 95% of the employees are really great. They man who helped me in plumbing is so amazing he laid everything out for me and showed me how to fix my sink! Amazing! Thank you so much for helping me do it myself

Most staff at this location are just excellent, especially the ones on the sales floor (although the checkout staff are nice too). Most times I’m approached by a customer service person to see if I need help and I often need it! Paint department experience was less friendly, but overall this is the best Home Depot around.

This Home Depot is the best one I’ve ever seen around Ontario. The staffs all are very friendly and helpful especially on check out with nice cashiers with great customer care. I absolutely recommended it .

We would like to thank Sunny for the incredible service that he provided to my wife. She went to the store in Aurora looking for material needed to hang a fixture and pot light. He assisted her from the moment she entered the store until she left with the need material. He is a great asset to the Home depot in Aurora.

Say what you will about HD. I am convinced that they are the best in customer service. For me the easy email invoice service trumps all other stores! This weekend is a great example I want to share with you I bought supplies on Saturday. I was in a rush and forgot my contractor 3mm garbage bags in the cart. On Sunday I went back to Aurora( I live in Richmond Hill) to the store to return a piece of crown I did not use- side note I forgot my cc in the car... they were able to use my receipt to credit my cc! That was awesome. On top of that I explained my forgetfulness to the co tractor cashier, she looked at my receipt and said no problem just grab another one!. I'm not sure if Natalie the cashier understands how much her simple act of kindness has hugely increased my loyalty to HD!!! This store obviously has a great store manager that has properly trained their staff and this stores customer service definitely shows it!!! Well done. Oliver S
