Salliss Plumbing & Heating

Had a leak in my bathroom this morning. Gave Salliss a call first thing. They were able to have someone out to me by early afternoon even though it wasn't strictly an emergency. The plumber they sent was a really nice guy. Explained what he was doing and showed me what had happened. Was quick to fix the problem. Price was very reasonable for the time and parts used. Would definitely recommend Salliss and use them again myself.

Great personable staff. Truly. I cancelled the job. The estimate was over inflated... it was a one man job.. 3 hours max for a slow guy. I was told it was a 2 man job.. 2.5 to 3 hours. I knew this was wrong and called a resource in the trades. He confirmed. A total of 5 to 6 billable hours was ridiculous to replace 12 feet of continuous copper wirh ABS and come up through the sink to install a vent. Marty Salliss called me immediately after this review was posted. He informed me that an apprentice does not get paid so it would only be a one man job at 2 to 3 hours. I will say this.. what a genuine decent guy. He wanted to correct the problem and offered to come out himself to review the job. I respect a person who follows up on a misconception.. who truly wants to do the right thing. Decent man. Was very respectful and considerate. Do not ask the staff about the billable hours...

Best plumbers in London by far. I've had them out to the house for several jobs. The most recent was a water heater that quit the night before family was coming over for a visit. Marty's team called me back that night and said someone would be there in the morning. They kept their word, someone was at the house first thing. The water heater was repaired in under an hour, and he explained everything he was doing as he did it. They even called later in the day to confirm everything was working fine. Can't ask for better than: prompt, good communication, competent, friendly and follow-up. The only thing that confused me was the on-call phone number forwards to the cell phone of whoever is on call. So the voicemail didn't say "Salliss." But that's not a big issue.

Marty and his team (in particular Dan McGee) were really responsive to my needs and went out of their way to accommodate my 11th hour plea for help to fix a problem incurred by another plumbing company. They were honest, reasonable, efficient, practical, collegial and friendly. I would highly recommend their services.

Frank and Pedro were amazing.!! They were both professional, efficient and knowledgeable. They installed my shower system with ease and I will request them back to my home for future plumbing. They were the best plumbers I have had in my residence and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Great hire!!!
