Household Plumbing

First off, let me say that the staff at Household Plumbing are the most knowledgeable, kind and professional people in the business. We first came to Household last year when we had a leak in our master bathroom that subsequently became a complete gut and reno. The contractor that our insurance company inflicted upon us was dishonest and sneaky and the reno became a 5 month nightmare. We turned to Household for guidance and direction as we had no idea what we needed because our contractor left us to figure things out on our own. A wonderful salesperson, Jan, walked us through everything. She was very kind and spent hours with us in order to make sure we had everything we needed. We were so impressed with the excellent customer service, we decided that our next bathroom reno would be done by Household which we scheduled for March of this year. The project started on the date we agreed upon and we had a beautiful new bathroom in less than 2 weeks. We are beyond thrilled with the results!!! We'd like to acknowledge the amazing workmanship of Ken...….he is nothing short of a magician! He turned an old and tired builder grade bathroom into a spa retreat right out of a magazine. We were amazed by his work ethic and tireless efforts and cannot say thank you enough! We'd also like to thank Matt for doing all of the plumbing work. He showed up when he was supposed to and came back when he said he was going to. We'd like to extend our gratitude to the entire team at Household...….Warren, Cathy, Jan, Elizabeth, Andrew, Ken and Matt (apologies if we've forgotten anyone), you have restored our trust in the industry and it's been an immense pleasure working with you and we look forward to working with you again in the future!!! I wasn't even buying anything. Just went in for some friendly advice on a DIY project. The guy who helped me went above and beyond.

Worst joke of a place ever. People sit at the counter waiting for service for 15+ min's, no line, while staff chat in the back for all to hear. Orders don't come on time, when you call and ask about delays, the staff in charge of your order mysteriously disappears, are sick for weeks on end or are busy atm. I would never use again.

Might edit to 3 if the post sale is ok, BUT prices are a little on the high side, and when that's the case I expect the best customer service around. They are all kinda hiding behind the desk at the far end of the store, not overtly really looking to help you. When we did manage to drag one out from there to get a certain model, he said he would check if they had availability and then never came back. I must say I have had better service at Lowes. Lots of choice though for all your bathroom needs! Edit - much happier on my 2nd visit! Will still give it another shot for the next project.

We have been relying on Household Plumbing for all of our plumbing repairs for many years, and we've always been very pleased with them. We knew that when it was time to have our two bathrooms renovated, we would have them do the work. Our bathroom renovations are now complete and we are very happy with the work done by Household. Every single person we have dealt with at Household, whether it was someone at their store or any of the workmen who came to the house, has been so pleasant to deal with. Andrew, especially, has been quite amazing. He is so busy, yet he's always very good-natured and patient. Interestingly enough, one of our countertops had to be installed by another company in order to keep the warranty in place. This other company was supposed to be the "gold standard" as far as countertop installation. However, they made a number of mistakes, which Household caught and rectified. We are very happy with the caliber of their work and would highly recommend Household to anyone looking for plumbing repairs or for bathroom renovations. Linda and Bob Bell
