Excellent response and service replacing an aging sump pump during an extremely demanding and busy period (Ottawa's 2019 flooding). Staff were pleasant and accommodating and work was performed efficiently and professionally. I won't ever consider anyone else for future plumbing needs.
They came to my condo to install a new hot water tank along with a few other odds & ends such as installing a new slop sink and replacing a few faucets. The price was very competitive to other companies in Ottawa and the guys on the job were extremely polite and respectful. They finished in no time and I'll be using their services again in the future.

Candor plumbing fixed a problem we were having that 3 previous plumbing companies could not. We appreciated the respectful service and were notified of all proceedings as they worked through the issue. We will continue using Candor going forward.
