Roger returned my call within 2 hours, visited my home approximately 4 hours after that, and reinstalled both toilets in my home the next day! It was not an easy job, but he it did it very well. Thank you Roger for your incredibly efficient service! He is also a very nice man to communicate with which bettered my experience with his service! Highly recommend Mr. Drain for all plumbing needs!

Roger is a very punctual individual when it comes to being on time, we had him replace some facets in our bathroom and kitchen last year. The service was great and over a year later we have had no problems with the plumbing fixtures he installed. I called Mr. Drain last evening after searching the internet for Plumbers in Gloucester to unblock my toilet. The man who answered the phone asked if he could come today Thursday December 29th. 2016. He promised he will call me at 8:30 hrs to get my address. He called before the time, told me he will be over by 10:00 hrs. He was there as he promised. Very nice man to talk to. After assessing my toilet, which I half expected, because I was not happy with it to start with, he told what was wrong with it, that he could unblock it but it won't be long before it happens again. Gave me the price for unblocking it. After which, I figured, best to have him change it. After taking the toilet off, he showed me the problem. I am happy it is gone. As he was leaving my house I asked him for his name even though he gave me his card as he came in the house but did not look at the name. He said, "Roger". I would recommend him to all my friends without a doubt.
