I have had this company do an annual inspection of my furnace and fireplace for a few years now. Wonderful technicians and staff at the office. Recently i needed to have my sump pump checked, urgently. They were, quite simply, amazing. I particularly appreciated how very responsive they were. Am very grateful to Devon and James, who took care of the sump pump issue.

Enbridge did an inspection of my gas furnace and hot water tank and everything was in good working order except the gas pipes required brackets for safety. Ottawa Plumbing and Heating to the rescue. Alicia was the service tech who fixed the problem and the job was done expertly and the tag was signed off by her assuring me that Enbridge would be notified of job completion.Thank you for excellent service all these years.

very disappointed at these people, I waited for the furnace technician for more than 7 hours on a service appointment,started to check with their office since early Morning, and after 7-8 calls to the office and the guy still is no show. totally wasted my whole day .Maybe they have some urgent calls to answer, but hello, please keep me noticed before it gets dark outside . Will never bother to call these people again. Terrible experience ! The whole story is a big joke, these peoples are big jokes too. What's the matter with these people ? Now it will be 1 hour and half after I waited for more than 7 hours ? I do not have another 7 hours for these liars. You are such a humiliation to the service industry !! Poor service Management, shouldn't been running this business in the first place ! NO EXCUSE WHAT-SO-EVER !

Great service. Prompt reply to a appointment. Technician was very polite and courteous. Problem fix in 30 min. Thanks for the great service
