Avoid like the plague...this guy (Alain Giroux) has the potential to cause you more issues than any plumbing work is worth. He damaged my father's car when my father was idling in my parking space because he took a terrible angle with his van into my building's loading bay. I then witnessed him accusing my father of deliberately reversing into his van, accusing my father of being drunk (at 8:30 on a Monday morning), and making derogatory comments about my father's ethnicity and calling him an illegal immigrant. He then called the police on us, telling them that "a drunk guy was driving all over the parking lot" (my father's car hadn't moved an inch the entire time). When the police arrived he informed them that "the plates on his car don't match", trying to imply that the vehicle was stolen (I don't know how he was supposed to have obtained this information?). Needless to say, the police made sure we exchanged insurance information and left without taking any further action. I honestly don't think I've ever witnessed behaviour so bizarre over such a comparatively minor incident, especially considering he was at his effective place of work. By any reasonable standard this is "fireable" conduct, so I recommend steering well clear.
