He is a family man, a Christian and through our business dealings has become a great friend. Hiller is a “full service” company catering to the big and small customer. Residential and business. The Hiller folks are great. The guys that have come to do work for me know what they're doing and share information about how and why they do the work the way they do. If I have questions about the work they are quite willing to answer them honestly and fully. They are even helpful about work I'm doing on my own if I ask them a question. Most importantly, they pay attention to detail and get the job done right!
outstanding service. Service tech, Cory, was very thorough in diagnosing the problem with my A/C unit. I called Hiller about 3pm today, and was told it would be tomorrow due to the heavy volume of service calls. That was fine with me. I received a call from Hiller about 7pm same day. They said a service tech could be at my home about 9pm to check my A/C unit. Corey actually got here at 8:30pm. He spent about 1.5 hours checking and adding Freon to my A/C unit. He also checked the air handler unit and found that i had a small leak of refrigerant. I will have Happy Hiller back to make needed repairs in a few days.The temperature in my home was 89* prior to tech arriving. I truly appreciate Happy Hiller getting someone out to get my A/C up and running on such a short notice. A/C is working fine now. Thank You.
Fantastic job. Very surgical. Responsive. Professional. Jay is a solid pro, great communicator, and did a tremendous job talking through solution options. Really connected and makes you feel like your case matters. Very efficient and sensitive to customer schedule concerns. I will definitely call on Hiller again.
