Finally, after several weeks this company came back to make things right. They matched paint from the wall that was damaged when the thermostat was replaced, fixed the insulation and gave the new heat pump a good once-over. The technician even fixed a completely unrelated propane gas leak on the tank! Great follow-up effort and they did make it better than right in the end.

Mark Guerrero did a fantastic job today! Very thorough and explained everything in detail. Will definitely use this company again.

On a scale of 1-10, HC Blake rates 25 million!!! I can't say enough nice things about every single person I have talked to/worked with as they have installed my gas lines, hooked up my gas stove and installed my gas logs. Everyone at the home office has been super friendly and worked hard to accommodate my schedule. The techs who have been out have explained what they are doing clearly and have been neat, clean and professional. You cannot go wrong by using the services of HC Blake. Today I had the pleasure of having Hollis Chandler come out to diagnose the problems with our AC unit. He was so courteous, and thoughtful. Very knowledgeable about all issues. We plan to use HC Blake for all our future needs and recommend them to all.
