We had an emergency situation and Walter's sent a plumber out quickly. Quint (sp?) did a great job, was very professional, and made sure everything was fixed and working properly before he left.

Want to thank Danny and his gang! Old toilet not flushing for a month.Sent Jason out to try to get it flushing. Cleaning didn't work. Jason came back same day and replaced toilet within an hour.I know they were very busy but made the time for me.Do to a death in my family I couldn't reschedule another appointment. True pros at Walter Plumming for sure.The plumber they sent out was friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything. Outstanding customer service at Walter!
Very poor customer service. Will not recommend to anybody. I guess a backed up sewer doesn't constitute an emergency in their eyes. I'll take my business elsewhere.
They came within three hours after calling. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Did an A1 professional job and finished faster than I thought they would--and cheaper than what I expected. This is the plumber for all our needs.
