Curtright Plumbing & Heating LLC

Curtright Plumbing was recommended, I called and listened to the phone message asking to leave a name, number and reason for call OR a phone number that would be used for call back. No Call Back, Called back and spoke with Josh, told him of my request, set an appointment for the following week. No one came, took off work, called left a message, no call back, called this morning, answering machine - let a message that I was disappointed - told Josh not to worry about my plumbing needs I would call another plumber... not sure how these guys have a 5 star rating

I will state only facts here. We had an appointment to winterize our sprinkler system last Wednesday (Oct 10, 2018). I took half a day off from work just for this purpose. These guys never showed up. No calls either. So I called back, left a message, no response. Since then I have tried calling them twice more over the last 3 days. Only voicemail, no call backs, no response whatsoever. In the meantime, temperatures in Laramie are rapidly plunging and I am faced with having to winterize the system myself. You decide whether Curtwright Plumbing is responsible and reliable enough for doing important work at your home. I am hardly alone with this problem. Another user appears to have had the exact same problem with them. I know who not to call for any work going forward.

My wife and I have used may different plumbing companies in Laramie and to say the least the vast majority of those experiences were less than satisfactory. Not the case with Curtright Plumbing and Heating! Steve was very pleasant to speak to over the phone, very friendly and very professional. The technicians arrived promptly when they said that they would and were extremely friendly and professional! I can say without a doubt we were extremely impressed with Curtright Plumbing and Heating, their customer service as well as the actual services rendered were miles ahead of their competition in Laramie. We will be utilizing their services for all of our plumbing and heating needs in the future. Great work!

So far I have been very pleased with Curtright. I have a rental unit in Laramie and they came out right away when the heat stopped working. Also prompt to call back.

Big mistake calling Curtright. Josh strung me along saying they were searching for parts. It’s been two weeks since I first called. He doesn’t return calls and should have just said “I don’t want to repair your heater.” I could have called someone else and had it fixed two weeks ago. I called Laramie Heating and Mechanical yesterday afternoon and they fixed the heater this this morning. Curtright doesn’t even deserve one star.
