Gary's provides zero to terrible service... borderlines unethical and criminal. I run a large business and we called them for a quote to run simple checks on our gas fed appliances, part of annual maintenance. No quote came in, instead they showed up and started performing work while environmental director was scheduled out. Next thing we we know we receive notice from Gary's that not 1, but 3 of our large commercial heaters have cracked heat exchangers, carbon monoxide was said to be "flooding our community". quote to fix was 20K plus. Well, this would be not only a huge deal, but a statistical anomaly to have 3 crack at same time. I of course got a second opinion, they sent camera though heaters and found zero evidence of cracks and/or carbon monoxide. Gary's proceeded by sending 3 guys into our building to confront me in my office while on phone with a customer. Using colorful words they threatened to call State and OSHA for our refusal to replace furnaces.... We had already notified both... but, Gary's never did call them since they knew there really was no danger! They are a scam and predatory, taking advantage of peoples fear and ignorance. In the end they still sent us a bill for $4,500... we have refused to pay. DO NOT USE THEM
Had a pipe burst in my trailer when the temp was really cold out. The guy that they sent was amazing. Answered all my questions honestly and gave suggestions on what they could do for a remodel I have planned as well. Very friendly, on time and not a waste of my money.
We had a heater problem. Because parts had to be ordered, we had wait 2 days. That wasn't too bad, it wasn't too cold outside. Once the part came in, it didn't take long to install. But they had come back a 4th day, because they didn't do a little maintenance cleaning, so the heater could only do very short heating runs. After all of this was done, now the heater runs great and the bill was not too awful. I would recommend this company. I will be using them again in the future.
