They do a good job. Have used them for years.
I had someone from Roy's plumbing to fix a small leak from a bolt that could have been easily fixed. The City of Milwaukee said they dont fix it because it was squarely on the owners to pay for the repairs. The plumber told us about the replacement of copper tubing, however, The City only does that for major water breaks. I don't recommend this company for minor water repairs.
Nice staff, however, needs to upgrade the office. It's looks like its a little dated.
Terrible service, rude over the phone, lack of timeliness and follow up. Do not use.
