Blau Sudden Service

Blau came over to do an A/C tune up. The technician was friendly and did a good job of explaining the work he did. Blau took over our account from Air Comfort Systems. We feel we are getting the same excellent level of service from Blau that we had experienced with ACS.

Naturally while company was staying with us our sewer backed up. Luckily even on a Saturday Blau I was able to send someone out ASAP. Kyle was not only knowledgeable with our situation but was patient enough to explain to us what was going on and what he was going to do to fix it. He was fast, efficient and clean. Our overall experience was excellent considering why we had to call. I believe I will be on the maintenance schedule from now on.

Woke up at 4 and went to take a shower and surprise, no hot water. Had an on line chat and was told they would get back to me about 7. Got the call a little after 7 and about 45 minutes later Mickey was at my house. He inspected what needed to be done, which turned out to be a bit more than we realized, gave us a price and by 11 AM we had hot water again. Mickey did a fantastic job, explained everything that he was doing and answered all my questions. HIGHLY recommend Blau. Hope if you need service you get Mickey.

Really appreciate these guys, quality and care are really high. Totally affordable by the way, they explained what the issue was along with my options to take care of it in plain English without trying to sell me on something I don't need or worry me into doing something that isn't necessary. Totally recommend you at least give them an opportunity to address your problem. Couldn't recommend them more!

The water heater at our rental property went out. Blau replaced the very next morning after initial call. Very professional service.
