Very responsive Came out twice one morning when my well pump seized up. Got it going again for the price of a basic service call.
Called and asked to speak to a certain person. Receptionist just said “he’s not in thanks” very rudely and immediately hung up. Didn’t even give me a chance to ask them to take a message from me. Ridiculous. 7/22 at 10:43 am. I’d suggest finding someone with better customer service skills
One morning my septic tank alert alarm sounded. I knew my day just got complicated. I called Kons Septic Service and within a couple of hours I heard their truck backing down my driveway. I then saw a pickup truck close behind. It was Dave the owner of Kons. Dave assessed the problem and told me that the pump was bad. He and his helper cleaned both tanks and replaced the pump which he had with him. In no time, my septic system was working great. Dave also checked to see if the rest of the system was in good working order. He then explained how I can keep my system running trouble-free. He’s very knowledgeable and willing to educate his customers. The service was great and the cost was reasonable. I am very satisfied with Kons!
I have used Kons religiously for 9 years! I have lived in Lake country for 30+ (majority of home on septic) and wished to find an alternative to Fred's. I met Dave Kon and his son- they are Amazing! Reasonable and happy to educate new home owners how to cars for and Maximize the life of your system so you never have to worry about putting in a new field- (think $12k plus). I Wholly endorse them!
On a Sunday late afternoon, I called Kons. The alarm was sounding. I actually talked to a real live person. They came out Monday, in the rain, and fixed the issue. Super Great service.
