Call, make an appointment, stay home that day, a plumber never shows or calls, despite 2 attempts on my part to reach him. :(

Called and spoke with Tom about a water pressure issue. Tom took my phone number and address and told me someone would be out the next afternoon and that they would call and let me know they were on their way. No one showed up or called the next day, or even the day after that. So, thanks for that. Very helpful!
