Had a broken water line in the wall behind the shower. This company was quick to respond and the two gentlemen that came out were very efficient and personable. Very reasonable in cost. Would definitely call them again. This was for a cabin in the back woods about 30 mules out of Portage.
We have used Terrytown Plumbing for three different residences, and on a number of things, and they are exceptionally competent and skilled in everything we’ve asked them to do. I know when they do work for us that it will be done well and we won’t have to have them redo anything. The prices are reasonable and the gentlemen are all exactly that—gentlemen. I highly recommend them. They worked on a place of ours today which required work on putting in a vanity, checking out a sewer line, putting a sink system up to code, and preparing an ancient line for a washing machine. Sent me a bill when they never even showed up and didnt do any kind of work whatsoever. They will ignore you calls no matter what you do and make excuses. Then hurt credit by sending this, for no reason, bill to collections.... STAY AWAY....YOU WERE WARNED!!
Stay away from this company. Got a project assessed, they show up to break ground, tell me they “can’t,” and then send me bills for the work they didn’t do. If you try to get in touch with them, you only get a rude runaround. Again, stay away from this company.
Called to have furnace and in-floor heating serviced after recent home purchase. Furnace was cleaned and filter changed, parts ordered. In floor heating was found to be damaged and parts were ordered. New parts arrived and were installed. In-floor heating was not cooperating but Karl with Terrytown made several trips back to my home to get the issue fixed, including working with the products manufacturer on troubleshooting. Now, system is operating as it should and I am pleased with the service and the product care. I will call them again for future needs.
