Amber and Josh were great! I live in Texas and got them to replace a bathtub in my rent house in Decatur. They did what they said and even sent me pictures of the completed work. They were $1900 dollars less than Jackson plumbing! By all means don't waste $59 on the crooks at Jackson call Roberts first!
We called after 9 a.m., and after 2 days of the worst winter weather and bitter cold, thought there was no way of an immediate service call. The secretary told me they would try to come out late afternoon, or tomorrow morning, working us into their schedule. A few hours later, we got a call that they were on their way!!
