Hottest day of the summer and my air decided to go out. Called Higdon first thing Wednesday morning 7/10 and they had a tech on site before lunch. While waiting on others to "return my call" Higdon arrived at our house on Saturday 7/20 at 6AM to begin the install of our new unit and by lunch we had cold air. Very professional and made our home a priority. Huge thanks to David, Kyle and the rest of the team for a job well done.

Kyle Gothard with Higdon Service Heating & Cooling Was very professional, arrived the same morning as requested; had our Air Conditioner up & going within the hour. Very pleased with the quality of work, & professional service that was given. We have had a long relationship with Higdon & always have been very pleased with their quality of work.

We had tried several heating and cooling companies in Decatur over the years. Our air went down on a 95 degree day Saturday and we decided to call Higdon service. They sent a technician out very quickly. We were blown away by the knowledge and the professionalism of the technician they sent out. We have never received this kind of professionalism from any other company. We will recommend Higdon service to everyone we know.

Bless them, it was an all day, big job and they got it done in one day and had our house cooling by the time we got off work. Kyle and his crew are the ones we count on and they come through every time. Thank you!
