So very pleased with Chet's service. Our air conditioner ceased to work recently, during temps in the upper 80's & 90's. We called their office early Monday AM & their A/C expert, Mike, was at our home repairing the A/C by approx 11AM that same day! Mike was professional, knowledgeable, friendly & efficient & we will definitely utilize Chet's service again in the future!

Plumbing side is good. Heating side not so much. I was sold very expensive wireless thermostats... which had nothing to do with correcting the heating issues. The lead heating guy was very condescending towards me and I have heard that is a common complaint from other intelligent, articulate and professional women customers.

Chet's has done a couple projects for me in the past year and a half. In 2017, they installed a furnace. That furnace has been great for me thus far and I haven't had any issues. They also just installed a new water heater just recently. I had a positive experience overall both times. The service guys are friendly, approachable, and informative. They work hard and don't talk down at you. I'm not good with names, but the sales technician I spoke with on the phone did a nice job outlining expected expenses and he gave me the worst case scenario as well. The bill ended up being much lower than that, so I was certainly pleased. They are not trying to get a quick buck from you, but don't want you to be alarmed with unexpected costs. The ONLY complaint I can think of was during the sales call for the water heater. It would have been nice to hear what the cost of a 50 gallon tank would have been compared to a 40 gallon tank, which was apparently assumed. I would have preferred a 50-gallon tank considering I have a family of 5. This certainly falls on me as well for forgetting to bring it up, but being asked for my preference would have been a win-win scenario for everyone.

We had a very positive experience with Chet's in the middle of the Polar Vortex! Our hot water heater stopped working and they came out the same day to look at it at exactly the time they said they would be here. Both servicemen were pleasant and professional. Jeremy was very patient, explaining what they were doing and answering all my questions. A few days later Dave swung by to deliver and install the new part quickly and considerately between other scheduled jobs. Overall we were very pleased with our experience and will call Chet's again should any other problems arise.
