This company is dedicated to their community and costumers. During the flooding that occurred in our area last week, I witnessed this company working tirelessly to assist local municipalities with the rising flood waters. We have used this company in the past and will continue to use them in the future. The owner, Chris, is very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend them.
Their website says they fix plugged sewer lines. The guy came out, pumped my septic (which I didn't need), and charged me an extra $50 on top of their $190 base pumping fee because apparently it costs more to do their job this time of year. So for $240, they didn't solve anything, and I still have to call a service company. I do not recommend this place.

I've been using Pro Septic for a few years now, both at my business's and homes. I am impressed by his professionalism and fair prices. Chris has gone above and beyond with his service and i will give you an example. A few weeks back we had some flooding as the west side of Point usually does, but for me it was a first....lots of water coming in my basement and surrounding my business. It was scary. I made a call to Chris at a very early morning hour on a saturday. Within minutes he was in my parking lot with one of his employees and his tank truck ready to evaluate and do whatever it took to keep the water from coming up to ground floor. It was a long wet day but we succeeded the mission. I couldnt have even kept my wits about me if he hadnt beckoned my call. He was calm, take charge , "we got this " attitude and even managed to make us laugh with a couple of corny jokes pertaining to his work! To top this all off, When i got the invoice for his service.....it was the exact amount of a usual septic pumping!!! Im so grateful there are still small business people and people in general that genuinely care and are willing to help others if needed! I highly recommend Pro Septic for any of your septic services!!!! As his logo says: "A Class Above the Rest" is tried and true.
