My HOA hired Dry Master to paint a ceiling in my unit that had been stained by a roof leak. Alfonso did a great job matching the paint and completing the job, including clean up after.

We were referred by a neighbor. The plumber they sent was great. He was prompt, thoroughly investigated our shower leak, fix the problem and was fairly priced.

Forced into working with them via our HOA. They did more damage than the work they did, which they admitted was unnecessary but would make the neighbors below feel better about the leak they had a few months back which has since stopped. Techs from drymaster on 2 separate occasions confirmed that they could not find any leak, but since the repairs had been approved they will do it anyway because the pipes are old and it's "not a bad idea". In the process they broke our faucet. (This they have since fixed, thank you Josh.) And left a huge hole in our drywall (this they have not) They just tell me that another company needs to fix the drywall. But if they have made any attempt to get this done they no one has let us know about it. The hole is still there. They left promising to let me known about when they would fix the damage they caused. They faucet, they did fix. The hole in the drywall, they haven't.

I have know n and worked with this company for years. Highly professional and responsive. I know that they can address some of the most complex problems for property managers and owners.

What a great team. They are committed to help the customer, have the right team in place and the necessary equipment to get the job done right. When there's an emergency or a plumbing problem, I call them.
