If I could give this review 0 stars I would. Called them out for a clogged sink drain in my place of business. They snaked it for over an hour, said it was clear and then charged $240. There was a lot of water on the floor when he finished but he said it was due to his catch pan leaking so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Two days later I noticed a leak behind the same sink coming from underneath the wall every time we ran the faucet for more than a minute. Called them back out and they confirmed it was coming from the same drain but refused to cut the wall open due to asbestos concerns! I explained that the building was built after asbestos was banned for use in commercal construction (around 1977). They still refused to cut open the wall, said they would inspect and repair only if I cut it open. Now, given that I was in a suit they knew my answer would be no. Odd thing is... If you were worried about asbestos insulation in a wall, would it matter who cut the wall open if you could still be exposed when working in the area? They also said the drain could be rotted (their words) due to age. It is copper and it has a typical useful life of (at least) 50 to 70 years. Long story short, they refused to repair a drain they obviously damaged and used a BS excuse to avoid fixing their screwup. Guess they didn't know I was an engineer, used to turn a wrench professionally and I could see through their line of BS. Consumer beware!
