Great service - fast response, fast work and accommodating of urgent situations. Excellent workmanship. Good advice. Used Royal Flush Plumbing for years, on several jobs, at two different properties. Always good results. The last job was a rush water heater installation. The work was so good I had to sit down, study the details and admire it for awhile. Jim Weiss/Owner, always let me know my options and worked to keep costs down.

Over the last 5 years I have used Jim Weiss’ Royal Flush Plumbing 8 times. These have been for large items link a water heater, small items like faucet installation, inside issues and outside issues like a sprinkler valve. After one call, Jim would come over to evaluate and give a fair and reasonable price estimate. The work was done quickly and professionally. The problem was fixed completely and I appreciated his friendly approach.

Royal Flush has been our plumber for over a decade and is the go-to guy for Lake Forest. He has always fixed everything perfectly and on budget. When we first contacted him, his quotes were at or below others, so with the exceptional service he offered he became our family plumber.

I would highly recommend Royal Flush. I've used them a few times and most recently I had a break in my main. It happened on a Saturday and I wanted to save a few bucks and tried to fix it myself. We were without water for 2 days and I was failing miserably trying to find the break. Finally on Monday morning I decided to just call Jim and have him fix it. He came out that same morning and by Monday evening we had water again! Should have just called him day 1. Jim is prompt, professional, reasonably priced and I am very happy with his work!
