Absolute crooks, they took advantage of my 94 year old grandmother and charged her $800 to install a $100 toilet. Probably the shadiest business I've ever had to deal with all the way from the technician to the people working in the office. Do yourself a favor and hire literally anyone else as a plumber.

Three year old HVAC system that they installed and that is rarely used was not working. They came out and were not able to diagnose and repair on first visit. Scheduled for another technician to come out five days later. Did not show up. I called and was put on hold for 15 minutes only then to be able to leave a message. I get a call back from someone named Jeff who tells me that the technician had an emergency and would need to reschedule.

Greenstar Home Services did a terrific job with a plumbing repair for us recently. Even though we're in North Orange County - which isn't super close to their location in Lake Forest - they had several crews close to us and getting an appointment was a snap. Our technician arrived about 8 minutes early and was able to fix a clog in our main shower that has been backing up for weeks. Took about an hour. No mess, no issues. Would definitely recommend!

Greenstar was spot on the mark with both timeliness and cleanliness. Matt, the head install and service guy gave us service different options and also ask us plenty of questions to find out what we wanted. Also stop by a few days after to make adjustments. Overall best heating and conditioning experience I’ve had in my 50 years of home ownership.

I have lived here in the Village (Laguna Woods), for the past 25 years, during that time, I was resolved to only having a wall unit that I used to keep cool in the summer months & heat during the cold winter nights. Recently, a new neighbor moved in next to me, he came over & introduced himself to me and then went on to say that he was uncomfortable about the wall unit that was supposed to keep him cool during summer & warm during the winter. My neighbor invited me to feel the way the system worked in his home, when I went into his home, I was overcome by how comfortable/cool/and silent the system worked as well as energy efficient. The service was prompt and due to having multiple units installed, I was up and running in 2 days, I am very pleased and comfortable now! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is considering to replace or install a new unit. This company has an outstanding reputation & honors its commitments! They are a “Diamond Dealer,” the highest quality rating a company can receive! Thank you Dickson’s!
