As the owner of Westbrook Restorations, a master remodel and carpentry firm, I expect my trade partners to be the best in professionalism, and hands on craft. As a second generation plumber, Gene definitely rises to that occasion. I watched Gene, from an apprentice when he first started out working with his dad on my remodels. Rodrick was friendly, kind, courteous, honest and helpful! He was able to figure out the exact issue and explain it to me so that I could understand my options. It was a big job so he brought Hugo with him and together they were able to finish everything quicker than expected! They were both very skillful and professional and I was so happy with the result. I’ve used other major and minor plumbing companies in the past but have never had as positive an experience as with Gene Johnson and I will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing needs!
