Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Was going to rate at 3 star due multiple cancellations over 3 days on behalf of the scheduling staff, Scott is the only reason I'm giving 5 star at this point. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Here fixed our issue promptly and without delay. If I ever need service again I will be asking for Scott specifically.

Moe was polite and professional. My husband had been struggling with a backed up main line all day and he took care of it within 30 min. He even left me maintenance fluid to help maintain my line! Plus, they were $300 less than the last plumber i had to call for the same issue. Absolutely would use again!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Roto-Rooter Service Tech. Curt (#2215). He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and polite. He took time to explain everything before hand and was very patient with my questions. His appearance was very professional. His uniform was clean, well fitting and he even used shoe covers to protect my floors. He worked with great efficiency and the job was complete very quickly. I would recommend Roto-Rooter and Curt to anyone who need any plumbing services.

Called Roto-Rooter yesterday and they had someone out to our house in less than 24 hours. Moe came to our house to check out our tub and was very nice and took the time to explain the problem to me. We though our issue was going to be much worse, we thought we had a mainline issue but turns out it was just the shower drain that was clogged! Very happy with the quick turn around and Moe was really nice to work with. My only issue is that it was still $450 for less than 30mins work.

John Miller did a fantastic job! In and out quick and for a great affordable price. 10/10 would recommend. Great guy, great customer service.
