Called on Monday requesting help with our 13 year old hot water tank that was no longer working. Springer was out Tuesday morning at 10:30 with a hot water tank on the service truck in case a replacement was needed. Fortunately, the heating element simply needed to be replaced. Thank you. In addition to helping us personally, Springer helps low income homeowners in our community by providing discounted service to Rebuilding Together Thurston County's clients in need. Springer has repaired numerous leaking pipes, performed troubleshooting on plumbing issues, and replaced hot water tanks for RTTC's low income homeowners.

The experience with Springer went exceptionally well from the time we made our first call. The workers were on time, clean, courteous, and efficient. They installed a new toilet quickly and kept the area clean and tidy. This was the second time we have used this company and we are very impressed with the consistent professional expertise all of the Springer personnel exhibited.

Springer Plumbing did a great job repairing my leaking exterior faucet and frozen valve. They were friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to fully explain and demonstrate the issues and provide options for repairing them. The also provided estimates prior to beginning any work. I enjoyed working with them and will definitely call them in the future!

I have not seen a father and a son in law work together that well. Like a well oiled machine. I am very satisfied with their work. Highly recommend them.
