Doug's Rooter Service

After having one company come out with no snake and told us our septic tank was our issue to call some one else out. We did, finding out that our septic was not the problem and spending so much on that, I was referred to call Doug. I emailed him Friday night, and got a call Sat. After hours. He came out and took care of a big blockage and told us what to look for and check for. And the charge was so reasonable!!! He did a awesome job and I'm so thankful!!! We had Doug's Rooter come to our house on multiple occasions for drain and related problems. Doug was always great to work with. Very punctual, courteous and professional. Our last encounter was a few days ago, Friday August 23. Doug was sent to our house as a vendor by our insurance company. After unclogging the drain and running a camera to detect the problem, which was all Doug was required to do, he went above and beyond and spent considerable time helping us locate access to our check valve, which was what was causing the problem. We would highly recommend Doug's Rooter to all.

Our septic system backed up. We are over an hour away from most services. We have American Home Shield home protection for situations like this. After a call to them they quickly authorized Doug’s Rooter Service to service our emergency. (This process usually takes time but didn’t with Doug’s Rooter Service because it is a reputable company). Doug arrived sooner than I expected. I thought we may have to wait until the next day, but he made our situation a top priority! He addressed the problem and found we not only had one clog in the system but two! Fast and efficient he truly went above and beyond to fix our septic issue!!! Reliable and excellent service. We had an issue with our sewer line. Called them, they came out right away and were able to tell us what needed to be done. Very thorough, professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
