Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services

This is a follow up to my below one-star rating. The company did respond by reducing the call time by 1/2 hour and giving me a senior discount. I had 3 issues: toilet O-ring gasket was defective, water ran continuously into the tank but did not fill; outside faucet pressure valve leaked; needed to have new toilet seat (I provided it) installed. They did arrive right on time. Did not have an O-ring in the truck and were going to have to go get one, which I would be charged time and materials for but he did show me how to replace it on my own. He got the toilet to at least flush, but said since he did not replace any parts his work was not warranted. He put a new gasket on the outside faucet and fixed the leak. And he installed my new toilet seat. Two flushes after he left, same old problem with toilet. I drove to Ellensburg and bought an $8 O-ring and fixed the toilet myself. I was charged for 3 hrs of work, 1 hour of travel, $4.50 for parts for a total of $386.36! A plumber with no O-ring gasket in his truck is kind of like an ice cream truck with no ice cream. I called them because their reviews were so good expecting that my plumbing issues would be resolved at a reasonable cost. That did not happen. thus the one star rating

Excellent service, fast scheduling, arrived on time. Not an easy job but no complaints and done to perfection! Great follow up before during and after the service.

Today we had our yearly preventative service done. The technician, Trenton, was amazing. He clearly believes in Roto Rooter as a company. He did a great job. Left no mess. Explained everything thoroughly. I will definitely recommend Roto Rooter to anyone needing plumbing services.
