Called last year (12-17) and was told Steve would contact us when things slowed down because he was so busy. Called again in spring and was told he needed to leave town on an emergency and that he would call when he returned. Again no call. We called again this week and left a message and again no call back. Its been a year that we have been waiting to have a remodel done and now I will be more than happy to pay the $450 mileage charge to a Spokane plumbing company who might actually show up.
