I discovered a bad leak under my kitchen sink. I called and left messages for 4 plumbers. R Rate was the first to call me back. The gentleman came right out and quickly fixed the problem. Service was prompt, professional, and courteous. I will definitely be recommending this company !

I recently purchased a blaze king wood stove at R Rate and was very happy with my experience. They helped me understand what I needed to know about my new stove and also the necessary parts and procedure for installation. I would recommend them to a friend or anyone in the Colville area looking to buy a Blaze King wood stove.

The guys that did the work were nice and helpful for what I needed to do. However, they charged me more hours than they worked and at $100 an hour that adds up. When I called and addressed this, they argued the point over and over saying that it was drive time. The 10 minute drive doesn't account for the 3 hours they overcharged me. I spoke to who I believe was the owner a couple times and the customer service was absolutely awful from him and he barely introduced himself before walking into my house while the guys were working. The work they did was good. Just not happy about getting overcharged for hours they didn't work and for this I do not recommend this company.
