My Septic backed up. I call it an emergency when the water is coming out your basement toilet and into your house. I called a few local guys near me and told them the situation. They all told me they could be there in 2 weeks. I called these guys they were out there within a few hours cleared the blockage and pumped the tank out for me. They also were able to diagnose why I had the issue and schedule a technician to come out and fix it within a few days so it would not be an issue in the future. As far as their pricing goes its right in line with the industry standard even with same day emergency service. absolutely would recommend

We just had our front yard completely renovated and due to a glitch in the irrigation system had to have our septic pumped. The guy that came out trampled our new grass to the point of no return. I can even begin to describe the feeling of watching him carelessly rip up our grass in to find the top (even though I told him the grass would lift as one piece). I would only use this company in extreme cases.

Friendly guy comes out and drains my septic tank. Afterwards, he takes the hose out of my tank and lays it on my grass and goes to turn the truck off, at which time everything he just sucked up started gushing out onto my lawn. I am screaming "oh no, oh no" and frantically trying to move my grandkids toys out of the way of the gushing sewer. By the time he starts the truck back up (which I'm assuming starts the vacumn of the hose), sewer has spewed out all over my lawn. The guy tries to vacumn up the sewer which for the most part, there are no visible chunks, but the stench and the discoloration on my lawn is beyond acceptable (I have animals and grandkids who play on my lawn daily). I call the company to let them know what happened and I get the "head guy" and he tells me he is sorry and that these things happen. He says he will contact the guy (who is still here at this point) and let him know he needs to water down the lawn to try and rinse the sewer down. He also tells me when it rains, it should be fine, but in the meantime, he will call the guy and make it right for me, which I assume he will water my lawn and give me a break on the price. The guy comes in and tells me lime will help and gives me an invoice for the full amount. I ask about a discount and he says, "if he said he will make it right, he will do something" and next thing I know, he leaves. No rinsing of my lawn, no lime and no discount...Ugh, very disappointing in the service and the lack of "making it right" by the "head guy".
