Toothless guy scammed me for $1000. He pumped out all the liquid from the holding tank (no sludge), which I now find out is supposed to be filled with liquid. He didn't check the pump tank, clean the filter, or check the draining rate. He said we filled up his tank so he had to charge me that much. He left smiling. Merry Christmas and Have a nice day!

These guys are a bit pricey but if you are on septic they are the way to go. They know and do it all, the have quickly dealt with problems at my place a few times and always do great job. Don't mess around with line clearing companies or plumbers that don't do septic, call the pros.

Called and was told they would be here between 1 and 5. I called again at 3 to check up on the schedule and was told we were going to be at the 5:00 end of the day. At 5:30 they still hadn't showed up and I called again and was told it would be 8pm. Fifteen minutes later I get a call and was told they weren't coming at all because it was too late. I sat at home for almost 6 hours waiting and they couldn't take the time to call me and keep me up to date throughout the afternoon. I understand unexpected things happen but all it takes is a one minute phone call to let your customer know.
