One of their plumbers did a remodel job at a home I bought and I called to explain the situation bc I have THOUSANDS of dollars worth of damage and they could have cared less. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!! You will regret it!!
Ask to see the license of the “ plumber “ they send out. Must be a plumber to do plumbing . No licensed plumbers ????
Scotties is always willing to come out and make time during an emergency they have bailed me out a few times and the rates are really reasonable. Even the guys coming out are super friendly.

I am very satisfied with the dedication and work ethic Nathan brought to this job. After thorough investigation he found a fairly tricky leak and properly secured it. He gave insight and explained the plumbing situation in a manner most helpful. I'd also like to note, this plumber was the first and only plumber in town to follow up for the job. They sent someone out the day after I called. Waiting for follow up for sheetrock repair at which point will upgrade to 5 stars!
