Don't buy carpet here, they outsource the installation. We had a horrible experience with the their vendor "Carpet Pro" out of Tacoma.... Every thing else they do seems awesome

We purchased all new windows for our home on December 31, 2015. They were several weeks late in installing, but they did finally get them installed in March of 2016. Their contractor did some damage with their saws on our exterior siding when cutting the old windows out. Home depot's fix was to caulk the cuts they made (over 10" in some places). The track cover on one of our new sliding glass doors was broken. This took about 2 months to be replaced, but when they went to replace the cover, they realized the actual frame to the slider was shattered (this was in May of 2016). The contractor said he would alert home depot so they could get it fixed. By the way - these windows come with a lifetime warranty on the windows and screens - no matter what happens to them. While we're waiting for our slider to be fixed, our bedroom window had a spiral crack in it (no point of impact). I figure it was just a defect at time of manufacture. I called customer support at the beginning of August to check on the slider and let them know about this new crack. The manager called me back and said they'd have both repaired by labor day. Nothing happened. Oct. 13th I called and reported that I haven't heard anything. Customer support emailed the appropriate managers and nothing happened. I called Oct. 24th and spoke to customer support. They said if I don't hear form someone within 48 hours to call the customer care team to lodge a formal complaint. I never received a call. I called the customer care team on Oct. 27th. They said that I should hear something within 24 hours. It's now been 1 week and I haven't heard anything. I'll be calling them this afternoon, but this is absolutely ridiculous. If I provided this type of customer service in my field we would be out of business. This has been a job that was supposed to be completed at the end of February and it is not November 3rd without it being completely finished out. I just want them to do what they said they'd do - which is provide a good product, installed correctly with a lifetime warranty.

Purchased a door installation through home depo, waited for over a month and still couldn't set up an appointment to install the door, will never purchase any installation theough home depo again.

Tried for over an hour to get a quote on buying 30 doors only to be told when I got to the front of the line , That I've been here for 12 hours and am going home. Wait for Bill he's at lunch!!!!!
