Full Throttle Plumbing

By far the best pumbing company I have worked with, in the middle of the night my house had started to back up I must have called everyone with no luck on getting someone out right away until I called Full Throttle. Daniel was the best honest and very professional. He worked had and didn't stop till he got the back up to stop. Even better was the fact the my bill was less then I expected for a middle of the night emergency call. I will definitely be using these guys again.

BEWARE OF FULL THROTTLE PLUMBING! I had a back-up issue in my washer drain. Daniel came out after changing appointment time a couple times on a Friday around 4pm. He said he would charge me $120 to snake my drain, but for $140 he would do a complete snake out through all my pipes. While he was snaking, he decided to use a larger head snake. While doing it, the head came off the snake and is still in my drain. He said that won't affect anything. He wanted me to pay him cash to save on the tax, so I did. After about an hour or so, he left. He said everything is great. And I replied "Great, now we can do laundry that is up to the ceiling." He told me he would stop by my house the following week and he would run the camera thru the pipes to see if there are any other problems. He said if there is, I will flush your entire drain system at no charge. He knew I had to scrape together the $140 to pay him for the snaking. Well, as soon as he left, I started a load of laundry only to have the drain back up and flood the laundry room. I immediately called him. No response so I left him a voice mail. No response to that either. On Saturday morning he answered his phone and said that he did not get my message about the drain backing up after he left. He said him and his wife were out of town, but he was going to come back to town that day and he would stop by and figure out the problem. He never stopped by and has been ignoring my texts, doesn't answer the phone and ignore my voicemails. This guy is a scam artist. I have every intention to get my money back even if it is suing his contractor bond! I gave him plenty of opportunity to do what is right. BEWARE of this guy. DANIEL WHITE and he told me he has 3 different LLCs that he uses for his business. I wish I had checked out the business before I let him come over. The BBB rates Full Throttle Plumbing with a big "F". I see why now.
