Tim Hayes and his son are amazing! Extremely professional, friendly and thorough. My radiant heat stopped working on a Thursday night and Tim was able to come by on Friday afternoon to diagnose. He quickly found the issue, went and picked up all of the necessary parts, and came back with his son. They worked diligently and did not leave my home until 6:30 p.m. on a Friday evening just to ensure I had heat for the weekend. I wouldn't hesitate to work with these guys again. You can't go wrong!

In September, 2018, we had five HVAC companies come out to give us estimates and recommendations for a whole house electronic air filter. We chose Hayes Heating in Kent because they did not try to oversell us and the price was exactly what they said over the phone. First, I spoke with Tim, the original owner, was fantastic. He certainly had a lot of knowledge in the industry and was genuinely interested in what I was asking. Then Glen came out to our home for a consultation and he was personable and very knowledgeable as well. After the electronic air filter was installed, we were not completely satisfied with it. It’s not the service we weren’t satisfied with instead it was the electronic air filter which Hayes Heating did not manufacture. Without going into depth, we spoke with Tim and Glen and came up with a solution where it was acceptable. Glen came out, again, and educated us in how we can maintain the filter and explained how the electronic air filter functions. Glen always made you feel like you were the most important customer! Also, we had an annual HVAC system maintenance done and the service guys (Jason and can’t remember the apprentice’s name) were just as cordial and knowledgeable. Tim, Glen and Sam (office manager) provided exceptional customer service and we’ll continue to use Hayes Heating!

Thank you Hayes Heating. The technician who did the inspection and repair work on my heat pump Did a great job. He was honest with me and did not try to sell my a line of BS. He gave me my options and did not pressure me to go one way or the other. I will be happy to call on them again for any future repairs or replacement.

These guys from Hayes Heating and Cooling really know their stuff. We replaced our vintage 1959 oil burning furnace with a brand new oil burning furnace that works in conjunction with our brand new heat exchanger. So when the weather is mild we get economical heating (or cooling) from the heat exchanger, and when the weather gets really cold the oil burning furnace kicks in automatically. The guys at Hayes know how to make all of that work together. I love this new system and it's working perfectly!
