Awesome service. Cannot say enough good things. Called in the morning with septic trouble and wanted the tank pumped. The lady was very nice and reassuring, said they could do it today. Mark got here less than 2 hours later. We talked about the issue and he got to work. Pumped the tank and checked everything before he left. One of the nicest service people I have ever worked with. He did an amazing job.

The technician that came to empty my septic tank (Michael) was nice and friendly. Hey inspect all off the plumbing fixture's in the house. After that he got to work emptying the septic tank. Happy with how fast I was able to get the appointment done, call at 9 AM and have the tank empty by 12PM. Really happy with the service.

I live out of state and hired FloHawks to do a cleaning and inspection of my septic system at my house in Tacoma. Everyone I have talked to there has been wonderful from Brie in the office to Mark in the field. Service was quick and professional. Mark kept in touch with me on the phone as things progressed.
