Chad & his trainee Nick arrived promptly post a Rescue Rooter courtesy call. Chad was extremely knowledgeable in explaining what was going on, as Nick began to access. I definitely felt I could trust what I was told & received logical answers to my many questions. Both Chad & Nick were very honest & spent a great deal of time educating me on plumbing. They were very patient with my lack of plumbing knowledge. I 100% felt like I was able to make an educated decision regarding what to do next. They formatted a plan of what needed to be done in an unusual plumbing situation. . I have their card, know exactly what to do, what needs to be done & understand why, should my problem occur again. In the meantime, they fixed the problem at no charge & didn’t pressure me into doing anything I was unclear of. Together they represented Rescue Rooter in a 5 Star, A+ fashion.

Angelo was awesome! 5☆ in every aspect of what a customer expects. Friendly, knowledgeable, tidy. We will ask for him if we need service again in the future. He deserves a merit raise for going above & beyond. A valuable employee!!

My kitchen is in the process of being repaired and remodeled. Unfortunately a pipe broke today so the water had to be shut off to the entire house. I thought for sure I was going to be without water until at least tomorrow since it happened so late in the day but fortunately my contractor called Seattle Rescue Rooter. Cory arrived at 7PM. He was polite and gracious about the clutter and mess he had to work through. He was clearly very knowledgeable and moved from room to room efficiently and with ease. He was very sweet to my frightened puppy and even offered her a treat. We conversed while he worked and he never missed a beat. Like magic, he fixed the pipe, turned the water back on and then checked all water sources in every room. He was finished and on his way in just under an hour. I will definitely call them if I need a plumber in the future.

Chad and Eddie were on time to the appointment. They talked me through the whole process and were very knowledgeable about the problems. They quickly assessed and fixed the drainage. We discussed some solutions, both short term and long. They gave me a detailed written summary of the long term solution and explained about the various payment options. I was really pleased with all the information, the thoroughness of their work, and the availability of the options and payment plans.

I just love Rescue Rooter. They are a great company to work with for all your plumbing needs.
