Called FloHawks in the morning with an overflowing septic tank in a panic. Steve arrived at our house just a few hours later. He pumped the tank and pulled up my "dead" pump grinder. As it turns out, the impeller just had something lodged in it. And the system was back up and running perfectly in a short amount of time. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable. Extra care was taken to protect my lawn and lanscaping. The price was very reasonable and service prompt. I would definitely recommend their services for sewer/septic issues!!
This company is not honest and screws people over. I had a service call and was told it would be $135, but I was charged $249 for a 10 minutes of time. No one explained they would NOT fix my problem that day and I was expected to wait for someone else to get back to me which no one did. I asked for a refund on part of my money and No one has responded!!!
They get 1 star for getting me in. They came to my house and said the leak was from my shower pan. He was in my home for around 30 minutes. I had a feeling he was wrong so I called Southwest plumbing. It turned out it was the shower arm and they replaced it. They were more thorough. Had I not called Southwest plumbing I would've had to buy new shower pan, back wall, sides, and pay to remove and installation. Which would not have fixed the leaking problem. These guys are overpriced and gave bad information.
Just got finished with Daniel from FloHawks. I was under the assumption that I needed my septic drained but when Daniel came he explained everything to me and come to find out I just had a clog. He didn’t up price me or lie and I just had to pay a device fee instead of a pumping. It is very refreshing to know that there are honest hard working people in the area that care for their customers.
Second time using them. I had a bigger issue this time then could be dealt with. Absolutely not their fault. Saved me easily a thousand dollars going the extra mile and opening my sump pump up for my septic and finding it was blocked. Once freed it was working again. Added a riser and shorten the pipe leading out of that tank to help prevent my pump from failing again. I plan on doing some digging on my own and hoping to clear my clog... but there is no way I plan on using anyone else if I need my system jetted (at the least coming back to check my pump flow). Thank you for treating like a person even more then a customer. Because of that, you earned my business and any and all positive reviews that I can verbally give. Thank you again for knowing I’m no different then you and not just a shell who is made of money. Andy and loyal customer.
