Apparently they can’t take responsibility for hitting parked cars. They won’t pay for the damages. I read another post on here about them not taking responsibility for a soldiers car they hit. Now they can add a 100% disabled Army Veteran to the list. In this day and age I cannot believe there are companies that act this way. Krystal the HR person is very rude. And refused to help in anyway. These types of accidents are just to expensive to take them to small claims court. If this is how a the company operates then I highly suggest searching elsewhere for you needs.
Have been around these guys for years using their commercial vac trucks. Always a professional experience.
