Phillipe did an excellent job. Very professional, courteous, and knows what he’s doing. He has come to out house twice and I was impressed both times.

He explained the problem, provided options on what he could do to fix it, and provided specific pros & cons on each option. Eddie is a real asset to your company. The technician took 3 hours to find the spot my son told him was the problem. While he was doing hos investigating, he caused a hole in my ceiling, that I had to haggle with the manager, and plumber for a few days, to repair. My roofer ended up making the repair. (I lost hot water) Then I was charged $350. Which I'm still waiting for a reca receipt for. I have made several requests for this receipt, still nothing. And he waa at my house over 2 weeks ago. Very unprofessional.

I found Roto Rooter to be the company I would recommend to anyone needing plumbing and drain replacement. Their employee Mike McFarland's customer service and attention to detail was outstanding. He took the time to explain every step of what needed to happen to restore my main sewer line. Mr. McFarland was concerned that I understood the procedure in completing the job. He made me feel very comfortable and at no time did I feel pressured to buy. I would use Roto Rooter again and highly recommend them.
