Called on a Sunday after I discovered water backing up into both tubs from doing laundry thinking this might be a clogged septic line. Dave took the time to talk me through how to find a pipe that might be clogged. I called him back because I couldn't locate it and he was enjoying a day off at the lake and said he would come take a look at it. It turned out not to be a septic issue but a clog somewhere in the house so needed a plumber instead. He didn't charge me much to come all the way out here on his day off. Great guy and very knowledgeable. I hope to never have any septic issues but if I do I will definitely be calling Arrow Septic !
