The total experience was awesome! First we waited two days for another plumber to call us 2 hrs after they were supposed to be at our house saying they couldn't make it. FloHawks responded quickly and came out same day! We were beyond excited! Jesse Marco was amazing! He had to be creative in the repair because the piping was old and not up to standards. He did a GREAT job, worked hard & efficiently and was friendly and professional. A BIG thank you to Jesse & the FloHawk team!!!
I called on Friday and they were able to get here the next day. Kept in touch until they had someone on the way. I have had septic drained before but I don’t remember them testing the system. It’s good to know everything is working like it should. Great service!
FloHawks Plumbing was fantastic, very professional. We had a backup in our system, they responded quickly. Ryan came out, provided not only great service to get us running, but good advice for future improvements to our system. We will be using them for all our future needs, great job Ryan, 5 stars.
Daniel came out for my septic, and I really appreciated FloHawks' communications on his ETA. Unfortunately, my driveway is too narrow for the truck he brought, so he wasn't able to pump. He gave it a couple of good tries, but decided the risk of property damage and extra cost to me was too great, so he helped schedule a smaller truck for the next day. Daniel was also very helpful in getting information on my septic, as it turned out to be a different type of tank than I was told by others. Overall, he was very polite and personable, and he reflects well on the company.
