HVAC Unlimited arrived within 4 hours of my phone request for service -- air was blowing, but it was not cool. Temperature outside was in the 90s, and this apartment is on the top floor. An hour later, the air was nice and cool. My HVAC unit is old. Instead of recommending a complete replacement, the technician got into the unit, which is not easy to access, replaced a part, and added refrigerant, for ONE TENTH the cost of a complete replacement. I am very satisfied and HIGHLY recommend this company!
The company responded to me promptly in a time where my A/C stopped working when it was very hot. The technician was very courteous and experienced. He offered solutions and advice to repairs. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need. Of note, they provided me with a military discount which definitely helped with equipment and repair costs.

He was able to answer all my questions and assure me of the best solutions. He was also able to complete the work in a very timely manner so I could move on with other tasks. HVAC Unlimited recently installed 2 HVAC units and gas water heater in June 2019. Dylan and his crew were very efficient, punctual and professional in installing HVAC units. They explained everything. They cleaned up the space thoroughly. The left the place clean and neat. Dylan guided us very well in choosing the right unit for our house. The price was very reasonable. Chase installed a water heater. He also did very clean and neat job. He came on time and finished on time. He thoroughly explained the maintenance process. The entire crew was very friendly.
