We realized hot water heater was not working and called our AC company. They recommended Kittelberger Plumbing because we needed a replacement today. I called and they quoted a price and time of arrival. They were on time and efficient. We would use them again.
I'm sure they are great, but lady on the phone didn't seem too interested in helping. So I moved on.....
RECKLESS DRIVER! I see their service van on I-495 in early morning. The driver goes faster than any passenger vehicle, and does aggressive lane changing. Seems like in a hurry always. Being on time is important, but I hope the driver knows it is not a race car, but a service van... It could easily flip over or get into an accident!
This company has been our go-to plumber for many years. Called at 9AM to report "no hot water". Mark & Ryan arrived at 10:50. Said my 17 year old heater was kaput. Went back to shop for replacement. Installed it and we had hot water at 1PM. Is that a new Olympic record or what?
Not sure how good of a plumber they are but if their drivers are any indication they suck and should be avoided at all cost
