I chose Kevin because of the reviews I saw on here... The reviews were spot on. Kevin is honest, hardworking, willing to work with your schedule, and offers an exceptional value. He definitely puts his customers' needs first and looks for ways to not only solve the immediate problem, but to also help with future problem prevention. After fixing the initial leak, he took the time to install a shutoff valve, installed an easy access panel, and also removed insulation that was soaked and capable of causing cause wood rot and/or mold. This guy gets an A++
